Take I-95 north. Exit at Highland Avenue (exit 3) and proceed to the light on 15th Street. Turn left and go to the light at Highland Avenue. Make a left turn, crossing over I-95. At the stop sign, turn left onto Bethel Avenue. Penn Machine is about 1,000 yards up on the right hand side.
